Is AC still worth it?

Hi everyone,

I've been writing a lot of articles lately, mostly SEO type articles that concentrate on keyword density. I've singed up to textbroker but I'm waiting for them to finish reviewing my first 5 articles before I can write more. I know people used to make some good money on AC before they tightened up their acceptance policy and I've thought of joining that too.

Do they still offer up front payment? What does it take to have your article qualify for this type of payment? I think it would be fun to be able to write articles on topics I have a real interest in but I don't want to waste my time if they won't be accepted for upfront payments. I'm really more interested in making money than anything else.

They terminated my account a while back for some retarded reason. I'm pretty sure they still do Upfront payment, but I recommend you just sell your articles respectively to one person, as AC usually gives you 50% of what other people would pay for high-quality articles.

If you invest your earnings wisely and can write an article every 25 minutes. then, yes indeed.
 
Do they accept any article or does it have to be on a specific topic? Is there a minimum for payout?
 
I recently submitted a 700 word article pertaining to a certain golfing niche. AC gave me $2.37. I felt as if I had been stolen from. Maybe that particular niche is too saturated, hence my low payment?

Just my input. Not too worried about the payment.

I believe they accept any topic as long as it is 100% unique and the payments are instant. At least mine was.

I am using article broker and I think it is worth it. They have some pretty easy articles that are like $.70 per 100 words. I think it will be worth it if I am upgraded to like level 4 or something like that.

You just need a GayPal Account nothing else. You'll be asked to fill a W-9 form once you have reached $450-$490/500.
If you want to fill that form and proceed, its fine. Otherwise, if you don't want to fill-out W-9 simply withdraw money before reaching $450, leave that account as it is and buy another from some AC-PVA provider here on BHW...reached $450-Withdraw-Buy new AC-PVA...Repeat/Repeat/Repeat!!!

One more thing if you are living in such country where GayPal (PP) is not available, you can still purchase it here on BHW (verified PP account) and there are hell of available options in market where you can exchange your PP money with MB/WMZ/etc...

AC is still worth it if you know how to monetize the traffic you get form the articles.
 
My first 2 articles reached $6 - $7 each... then AC closed my account for no apparent reason. They've been cracking down hard for a while now... IMO not worth the hassle.
 
To be frank not worth wasting time for. There are many other better methods which pays a lot more than it.
 
If you are into article writing then I suggest looking for other options to get better returns. ex. Offer writing services in forums like this or choose a niche and write a set of articles and sell as a bundle. Check out other providers in the BST section and figure a model that suits you. If your content is good quality, you will certainly get repeat business.
