title says it all, im wondering if the wordpress.org content management system (CMS) is similiar to wordpress.com.
I'm going to be building a website, and i don't want to just dig into it and not know what to do. My thinking is, if wordpress.com blog is similar to wordpress.org, i can practice and test things out before i make an actual website.
