Is the ranking value for .pw domans same as for .com .net .org domains?

In term of seo it doesn't really matter but in terms of branding it will probably better if you choose a common tld

Yes, it can be ranking well but depend on your SEO strategy.
I wouldn't say I like generic domains such as .pw .top and some others. Most of them used by a spammer to ruin other people's life.
So, in my eyes, that domain has a bad reputation.

.Com is one of the most popular among people, so it would be a better choice. But in terms of SEO, there is no difference between different top-level domains (TLDs).

In popularity .com has more value and brandable. In terms of SEO, all domains are equal and you should have great and valuable content to rank, you should also put more effort and it will take some time.

Any way content is king and .com is brand so that go through that and provide quality of unique content and also it will take some time to rank.
