Is a Proxy a Proxy ?

    Could anyone explain to me what the different types of proxy mean

    L1
    High Anonymous
    L2
    Anonymous
    L3
    Transparent

    and when each should or should not be used...

    L1 Proxies are Elite proxies, destination sites did not know that you are behind a proxy neither they can get your original ip address.

    L2 Proxies are anonymous proxies where visiting site know that you are behind the proxy but cant detect your original ip address.

    L3 are Transparent IP which disclose all information that you are behind a proxy as well as your original ip address.
