Is a proxie my only option?? (Newb Quest)

hey guys! I need a new ip. Is buying a proxie the only option?

The only way you can get a new IP on your computer for free is to either use public proxy lists (which will NOT last long term), or reset your router/modem if you have dynamic IPs (which is also not long term). You want the same IP long term your only option is to buy private proxies.
