I am in need of a stealth PP account and i was wondering if i buy one from abroad will I also need an abroad IP address or proxies so as to be on the safe side? for those who have bought and used stealth pp accounts before kindly educate the rest of us

If you get a stealth paypal account from another country you'll definitely need a proxy or a VPN from the same country as the account is made from or your account will definitely get banned.

Oh yes, your IP address will be picked up instantly and limited.

Yes, they monitor your IP address. Where you originally registered the account from, the IP you regularly login from, and new ones. I have found that mobile is the best way to login to paypal.
