Adsense is a really shitty idea for a low competition niche like OP's imo.

Integrate payment gateway to allow people to post on your site, that will help you a lot (more than any other monetization method), chose to rank for a city if you are a newbie or a category if you have contacts.

I suggest you create your own products to monetize job boards

You can sell books on Interview success, confidence, how to get promoted, etc.

These books don't cost much to produce. $75 tops
