When I create a website, I know that da score should be high and no spam score for seo optimization, and it is better to use the website as a money site by connecting to my website after purchasing a domain and com address that is 3 years old or more. . Is this correct?

If not, for example

1. The da score doesn't have to be high?
2. Can I have a spam score?
3. It is not necessary to use com's address unless it is for convenience to website visitors?
4. No need to use domains older than 3 years?

Is any of these applicable?

And I write an anchor text to my money site in a blog post of a website with a high da score and write a comment. It's writing on a different website every time. Does this also help to raise the Google ranking? I am repeating this because I know it would be nice to have a lot of anchor text on my money site.

If I understand it correctly, you believe all those four points are necessary for SEO?

Well the more boxes you have ticked from the list, in general and on average, the more likely you are to have a good start. A new website will start with 0 DA in comparison, but with hard work and good content you will see it scale with time. By the time it hits a year you'll have a great website anyway. So it's more of a shortcut. But beware of scammers and bad techniques.

You’re talking about buying an expired domain then yes it should have good metrics, low or no ss, never should have been used as pbn check @Nargil post history you’ll understand a lot about domains
