Is a high PR profile enough or do i actually need to make posts?

Hi all, thanks for your advice in advance!

I have had loads of angela, pauls, edu etc etc profile links made for me. These are all do follow and have my anchors in sigs etc. These have also been/being pinged.

Do i need to make posts using the profiles or not? will the fact that these profiles links exist and have/will be indexed be enough?

Im sure relevant posts will help using the profiles but obviously this is a tedious job to have to sift through and make any relevant comments to those forums without being blacklisted/banned from the forums.

Have seen this asked before but found no answers.

I have found that profiles is all you need. I have severeal sites ranking page 1 for over a year now, and all i have ever done was make Profiles. They always stick, i am not gonna lie though i do make some posts, but i was ranking prior to posting.

when you just put a link in the Signature and never use the Profile... Google see this.
To get these Links indexed you have to bookmark most of them.
I hope you have a lot of quality links, just links from dead profiles are not very powerful.

Just wondered if profiles get deleted if not used at all?
Well its clear the profile sigs are working as just checked in backlink watch and they are do follow as promised

Hi mate, please can you tell me some easy ways of bookmarking? Dont expct massive detail but the basics would help. Have done pings with SB.
should i be posting them on social sites etc? which ones please?
