Panda aka Farmer update has nothing to do with Backlinks. It's about the content.

You've to work on your backlinks only if your site is hit with Penguin penalty.

my mistake, i ever confuse the terms for updates
My backlinks are ok...I guess... my content too but I think my internal links was forced, all the url links have my main keyword in anchor text of internal links.... I change this and I hope he will recover...

Hi OP,

At least you did admit your mistakes, kudos for that. Yes, G network will recognize your hardwork but don't abuse by using black hat method.

I don't, I read about internal links can be a reason for what I got this hit, When I build my site, the on page seo it was without intention for that over optimized anchor text, now i make my homework, If it was from my backlinks i think the website drop in rankings maybe to 10page... I hope he will recover soon... When? I don't know...

UPDATE2:
I change on-page a little bit, the internal links have my main keyword in allmost links so, I change that.
I dissavow about 6-7 reffering domains, that domains i believe it hurt my site. I also remove one of my backlink from a penalised site.
I added a few backlinks with naked url.
I change the % anchor text from 25% to 15% for my main keyword.

Great news, today from #8 it came back to #5 for my main keyword, second keyword came back from page 2 to page 1 #10... I hope he will came back where he was but I have to build another backlinks I guess....

As long your site is on Google page No. 1 you should not be worried. And from 2 to 8 it might be Google Dance or it might be your competitor doing good SEO than you.

It is okay! Most probably, you're experiencing a new ranking level and just be patient. Who knows, you may fly all the way up

UPDATE3:

Today rankings drop again...... main kw from #5 to #10...... is definitely a google dance... I will don't do nothing for a while for this site... my competitors don't do nothing.... competitor #2 have backlinks only with GSA SER(spam linls) and he stay there after last update.... unbelievable... that means spam still work....
