Is 911proxy a 911.re?

I recently found out that there is a residential proxy called "911proxy" on the internet, what I want to know is that this is the same as the previous 911.re? Is 911.re resurrected again? Is this 911proxy reliable? I'm thinking about whether I should buy one from him or not.

i always thought these guys were scammers, because of prices
 
911re is good at static residential proxies. however, there is no brand able to catch it in static residential proxies.
The similar ones are just similar ones.
Better can get a Trial before use when choose a proxy brand.
 
Forget it, use Pia S5 Proxy it's the same crap for one hour Socks 5 !
 
I have known about this site since May, but recently it has closed down. It seems to have either shut down or crashed.
 
Forget it. 911re. All similar ones are just alternatives, not the same as before.
