is 6000 AI rewritten articles enough ?

i managed to grab an expired domain with 40+ DA in the news niche with so many good backlinks am looking to develop into a newssite so far i managed to scrap 6000 articles from other news sites that am looking to run them through wordAI to rewrite them and publish but my question is 6000articles enough for a news site to start ranking and getting organic traffic ?

I am not into news niche, rather content blogs & affiliate sites.
With AI or any other content good or bad, what matters most is optimization.
And this is the thing that most people ignore.
If you're content is well structured & optimized you may rank with even 5-10 posts only.

can you elobrate on what you mean by optimized and well structured ? do you mean url slugs categories etc ?

I meant content optimization that mostly includes proper use of topic relevant keywords, structuring the content with relevant subheadings, rich snippets etc.

Indexing & Ranking are both different things & you won't generate any traffic without ranking.
Key to ranking is content optimization.
Even spam & crap ranks if it's optimized.

Optimized content is the key! I can back this statement up (what MKSKS said) because it happened to me even before doing off-page SEO it just naturally ranks on different keywords.

No AI Content is big no , Get started with some high quality then go may get some ai Content later , but let the site optimize and give some time mate !
