Is 301 redirects considered a black hat SEO?

Hi, as it's written in the title, I had a huge website that has many good backlinks, got hacked, now I lost all contents, I don't know what to do with it if I redirect it to a different site, is it useful for the other one? the sites are in a different languages.

Yes or restore what you can from archive.org or if you have a backup. It is not black hat.

Feel free to do so if they are in the same niche.
Or just build new contents on it?
 
If you 301 redirect one site to another, then it's white hat. If you redirect multiple sites to one site, then it could be black hat depending on several other factors.
 
It should not be blackhat, people do it for genuine reasons.

Also, guys, I only plan to redirect the homepage and some posts that rank well on google to posts on the other domain and the language of the posts is different, is it fine?? I'm worrying too much!

When I will see changes in the Google ranks? the other site is good on google too.
 
there are bh and wh 301 redirects,
anything made to manipulate the SERPs is considered bh, that including buying a good clean expired domain and redirecting to yours,
while in fact, google would never know if it's an old one of yours (genuine redirect) or bought one,
what you should stay away from is the spam not bh stuff, decent made bh stuff does work and will always work,
simply avoid anything that could be spotted and especially the easily spotted ones,

if you pick one good niche & language relevant domain and redirect it to your website with all of the top pages, then it will work like a charm,
On the other hand, redirecting a bunch of them aggressively will be easily spoted and wouldn't simply work

What makes me confused, that many sites link to the one I redirect and all the backlinks in a different language (the language is the same as the website I want to do 301 to it)
For example, on-site 1 and site 2, I want to redirect site 1 to site 2, site 1 is in English, and the backlinks that have is in germen and from a legit website! site 2 in germen, so what I thought it will benefit site 2 more?

I doubt redirects are a ranking factor. Way too many legitimate reasons for a site to make a redirect (for example, if a company is acquired by another) to another (potentially unrelated niche) site.
IIRC having too many 404s may be a ranking factor, I remember Ted Kubaitis mentioning something to that effect. So if you redirect a domain, make sure you set up 301 redirects for the subpages as well. Don't let everything redirect onto a homepage, that's a little suspicious, too.

Yup! Sure, will not let everything redirect to the homepage, it's a red flag, as I believe.
