Is $0.22 CPM good or bad?

I have been using this ad network for a while, and my visitors are increasing a lot. The CPM hovers from 0.15 to 0.22

Is this low? the ads are just banners

If there is a better rate, can you please recommend a network that is not spammy or inappropriate?

If you can't work with Adsense I suggest AdSupply for banners. I also work with popunder so if you want also I suggest admaven adsterra or popads.

Well CPM depends on niche and traffic location.

What is your niche and from where are you getting most traffic?

Well, there is no such thing for cpm
to consider its good or not, you need to consider the revenue it bring to you,isn't it?

check your user country, they are probably coming from tire3 / 4 countries like india that gets that low cpm. if it is such countries, then do not worry about it, it is correct.

if you get pure usa or max usa, u will have over 3$ cpm.

the cpm will b similar or lower than that in the private adnetworks too for those tire 3 / 4 countries. some users might not revisit if you use popups or popunders in legid sites because similar content will b in too many places without the popups. push notifications are cool in admavin. not sure whether other networks have such ads.

0.15 seems good to be honest, you can try with a slight low bid, but if its already giving you many visitors, its worth spending with that source mate.)
