Irrelevant Keywords in Google Analytics

I have client who has irrelevant keywords showing up in Google Analytics under the section of of serach traffic by keywords.

Why would this happen? Doesn't make sense to me

Most likely culprit (in my experience) is comment spam. Even if comments aren't enabled ... may be happening autonomously and being discovered by spiders in an unexpected place as well.

So you're saying there are comments on the client's website or on an external website?
