Iron Scrap Business HMS1 and HMS 2

Anyone into iron scrap import or export? My brother is doing this business and is a supplier of HMS1 and HMS2 and is looking for buyers all around the globe? Anyone has any idea about how and where to find them. There is a lot of money in this business. Thanks in advance for all the suggestions.. and there is a possibility for JV too ..

I think he is into it for more than 6 months and doing pretty good. He told me to look for buyers in UK as there are a lot here. The origin is Kyrgyzstan and Port Of Loading - Bandar Abbas Port Iran / Jabel Ali Port Dubai .

He has quite a few client base in Asia but is looking to expand and I am trying to help him.. Also, the visit to the warehouse is allowed. Is your business well flourished? What do you exactly do?

Make a site for your brother, then write an ebook telling how to do the scap metal buying and selling business, with all your brother's contact information. You could have a members area of the site where he shares how much he is currently paying for x type metal. Make it a cookie cutter system that anyone can read and follow with sample ads, where to place them, a business card template,how to ship it via ups, etc. You could pay them a commission and have them try to refer you business from other recycling centers. Then you sell this ebook for some small fee on ebay, clickbank, CL, etc. Convert the same guide to a webinar/audio cd/dvd. Grab their emails and have a drip campaign that holds their hand and encourages them to stick with their new business idea. People are basically paying a small fee to have you train them to become an affiliate for you. Have someone translate it and add subtitles if you are looking for people in foreign countries and digitally deliver it.
