do any of you own IRL businesses, like restaurants or rental properties? if so do you enjoy owning them?

My father owns 4 rental properties but will not give me any money monthly which I can save in bank account.
 
We are renting holiday apartments with a cohost service. Good money for little work.

God, I cringe so hard when I see spoiled victim-mentality brats like this. Always blaming someone else and expecting things from the world like they are entitled to anything but air.

Who is financing Amazon then that destroyed affiliate marketing?

Until 2017 starting from 2012 I was a website investor and use to buy websites from portal listing websites for sale which are profitable. I paid 5x to 6x monthly revenue for 3 websites during that period whose ranking lasted for maximum 3-4 years. But now on this portal all websites that gets listed for sale are either ecommerce or amazon associate websites. And these Amazon Associate websites get sold for 30x monthly revenue and I don't think that rankings for keywords will last more than 6 months to be safe after purchasing a website. So Amazon killed affiliate marketing and caused me to go unemployed.

You were never employed by "affiliate marketing". You just created a weak business model.

Yes. A quite big printing company specialozed in garment printing using latest printing dtgs and dtfs. Fun business to run as it can be done online aswell.
