Irish proxies?

Anyone know of a good company offering proxies or VPNs with Irish IPs? I've only found the one and it is for general consumers, and has no reviews so I'm a bit iffy, also, since it's not to do anything that will produce any income and a one off, the price seems a bit steep at 9 GBP.

Do you know any company that does this or could you provide any help to get around Geo blocks?
