cheers pal spoke to a couple but they didn't have a steady supply of Irish ones...

Havent seen any 4G providers for Ireland pop up in the marketplace just yet, maybe one day. There doesn't appear to be that many free proxies either. http://free-proxy.cz/en/web-proxylist/country/IE/all/ping/all
