OK the channel is buzzing now!

irc.freenode.org #blackhatworld

For those that dont know how to IRC

If your using firefox ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/16 )

and http://mirc.com for the experienced users.

If you get stuck after you enter all your details in mIRC and click OK and all that stuff.

On the Status page, where you enter text type /server irc.freenode.org

You will see it scroll down connecting once it stops type /join #blackhatworld

Hopefully see you all there

Not too crazy about freenode. I usually hang out in #SEO on http://www.efnet.org/.

They have a http://chat.seonetwork.org/ to get on IRC too.

I'm spending more time in the IRC room than on the forum now Some pretty cool ideas have been thrown around on a daily basis.

Ahhhh all I keep getting is a connection refused. I have tried with MiRC and the chatzilla and still no go. Anyone have an idea of what I am screwing up? Weird thing is I can connect to other random servers, so I dont believe it is a firewall or anything. Please anyone?

Man I cant get connected to the IRC, I put in my username and password and nothing happens, anyone advice?

I don't understand...
I can't join by mozilla cuz it doesn't show me this irc addon
Really don't understand but want to know.

@ Black&Red Better download mirc at mirc.com because that fireforx addon is crap.

@ TantricMaster you dont need password or username to get in channel.
Just write /server irc.freenode.org and /join #blackhatworld on main screen.

I love IRC! If you want to use a linux terminal client I recommend http://www.*irssi*.org
You can run it in screen and detach from it so you can access your irc client anywhere. I love irssi+screen.
