If I register domain with .ir (iran domain registration) an publish articles in English language if possible get visitors from Europeans country from Google ?

People say TLD doesn’t play a vital role, but honestly, I have never seen a .in/.ir/.pk or any non native donain ranking for a global niche that is in English.
It may be a coincidence though.

I also noticed that. As if in the eyes of google a .com would look more professional or eligible to rank first if you compare it to TLD domains.
I've no idea if this is just a coincidence or there is some truth.

Yes, it's definitely possible. Google can rank a .ir domain, and you can get visitors from Europe if your content is in English or their language and well optimized.

That said, based on my own experience, I can't recall ever coming across a .ir website ranking in Google's English search results. That doesn't mean it's impossible, it simply isn't something I've personally seen so far.
