IPv6 or IPv4 for Instagram accounts on gmt2?

do not start with IPv6 if you are unexperienced. And if IPv4 are to costly then your method just isnt profitable enough :P
 
You are going to run into a lot of problems with datacenter proxies unless your spamming a lot of accounts. If you are just starting try and find a good mobile proxy provider here. Otherwise you are going to get frustrated at the results you'll see especially with IPv6
