IPv4 http proxy on twitter

If you're trying to create accounts, yes http proxy (IPV4) will work. You just need to make sure from the provider that their proxies are 100% cellphone based and connect to real mobile networks. If these run on shared devices like a modem, the IP is likely to get blocked again.
