I bought them before, shit proxies. Bought 10 and I couldn't create even 1 account on any of them....

Look at residential proxies like a soax, proxy911, that's better for creating accounts

Most mobile proxies are IPV4 - have you tried checking the marketplace?

Not sure if you are looking for static ipv4 or not but use 4g IPs and you will be okay always.

You need to use reputable 4G mobile proxies.... different locations have different trust scores but generally 4G proxies will be great for you as the IP rotates and masks your identity / blends it with hundreds of real users.
