Yes I used before but you need m3u8 links and simple with short code add to your page. Just now Im struggle to find stable or anybody with m3u8 do you have good source maybe ?

The famous solution is WHMCS, and you can also use WordPress in this case.
about which app is good, i'll go with IPTV SMARTERS PRO, all of WHMCSSMARTERS products are good for you.

ain't promoting for them...

elaborate a bit on what you are looking to do and what kind of infrastructure you're working with. restreamer and an ffmpeg pipe might work? i like research so feel free to pm
