You don't need Google Merchant Center if you want to run search campaigns. Google Merchant Center is for when you want to run shopping campaigns.

They will if they find something fishy.... you need multiple backups in that case

IPTV is getting harder to advertise, every network restricts keywords or disables accounts as I've tried multiple platforms for advertising.
The only thing I havent tried is to cloak website.
As per your question, did you try using related keywords like watching tv, movie interests, pay television etc. ?

Actually can't work.. Although I tried to launch cloaking domains first and waited for some spending, then paused it to change into IPTV campaign, the suspension came instantly. Anyone has some strategies to run more effectively?
