Is it possible to rent a whole bunch of IP's for one-time use? Where do I find that on this forum?

Is possible. However, you will need to justify the ip usage. The price be much higher if just one time use. Usually Ip broker will charge you by 6-12 months with advance payment.

Most places are not going to let you just rent a /24 or something without some justification. If they do and don't ask you chances are the IP are already blacklisted.

SO really depending on what you are planning on using them for
