IPN - Instant Payment Notification | Last Question

Sorry for the last 2 thread. One more question.

Do new Ebay accounts receive IPN?

I get IPN for all my ebay accounts when I make a sale. My paypals are not business accounts.

I haven't made a new paypal and ebay account for years so I don't remember if new ebay accounts will receive IPN via my email. Does anyone know?

You shouldn't really use IPN's at all, because the most common scam is to send you fake IPN's. You should always log into ebay or paypal to confirm payment.

I don't care if I get scam. I just need IPN for the products that I will be selling, a few scam won't ruin my business but I would really like to know if new paypal accounts have IPN activated because my real paypal account receives IPN.
