I am not looking for an iPhone vs Android discussion, I could not care less what phone people think is the best. As long as I can use my phone to call, text and browse the web I'm happy.

That being said, every single day I get the most clicks from Instagram by iPhone users. Usually over 65%. I know for a fact that there are more android users out there.

So, are people using iPhones easy to trick/desperate for new and popular trends? Or does Apple have an advantage on Android when it comes to users in their teens and up to about 25?

Yh, I have the same. I'm getting more clicks and conversions from Apple users. Probably, and not even kidding, because all these young girls that wanna show off their money and only like iPhones buys these, and these girls are stupid and easy to trick. It's even better if your niche is in fashion or something they can eat like chocolate. Converts like hot butter :p I'm in fourth grade and 70% of the girls here have iPhones and are all stupid af.

Makes me want to find a way to target only iPhone users.

Yh I tought that too, but I'm only spending 0.01 cent each click on the IG so idc :P Each 1 of 5 clicks is a lead for me.

Yeah people who buy iPhones tend to be a little gullible. The reason why Apple get away with reboxing the same phone every other month with a new number or an s on the end of the previous model number.

A little theory: iPhone users (especially younger people) tend to be less tech savvy than some Android users. Android has a lot more flexibility in editing their phone appearance, settings, etc. but that means Android can be a bit complicated for some people. iPhones are easy to use if you've already used one before so younger, older, or less tech savvy people will pick up iPhones over an Android phone.

I have been thinking about the same. People buying android phones might do more research on a subject before they do anything, its not as easy to pick up a good android phone as an iphone.

Generally, people who go in for fads are easier to trick. Ditto with people who think they know everything, or who are convinced that product A is the cats pajamas.

I love apple, why? Because it is easy to use and the android graphics are so ugly. It looks like trash. The aesthethics of the iphone looks a lot better. I have been a loyal iphone user for years why should that be a bad thing? LET PEOPLE ENJOY THINGS!

Hence my thread few months ago.

Strong cope.

It's not that Apple users are more desperate, it's that they have lots of money. Most of the people who buy Apple stuff have too much money to spend, and that's why they buy stuff that apparently seems useless/worthless.

But let's be honest, most of the things that we buy, we buy them by impulse, and in reality they're worthless. In game currency, phones, games, etc. We buy them to simulate those emotions of happiness, but that greatness fades over time anyway.

To be honest, I was in this anti-apple bandwagon for a long time, but I finally surpassed this step.

People who tend to blame apple for selling over priced stuff, tend to be either poor or/and overanalytical, like get this sir:It's $5 cheapa,
You can donate those $5 for good cause... or get a pizza.

or this one: cpu has .005 more gigaherts, you don't want to be ripped off right?

When you have $1M in your bank account you don't give a shit.

If you think about it iPhone users are in a cult mentality with their buying habits..

If you can insert yourself into that thought-process or "meme".. then you can profit quite healthily..

In the states the iPhone is status symbol for most people who are insecure. So they need to make them self's feel important by spending more. Women are more insecure than men. Men don't call their friends to ask if they are pretty.

I have 2 iphones and they sleep on my satin pillows.

@HallLiz Being insecure is not an iPhone thing, it's a human thing. People all over the world are insecure about themselves.

Even the fact that you bring this subject about people buying iPhone being insecure makes you insecure.

Why?Because you're judgemental. And relax, I'm no better most likely.

However, iPhone costs money, and only a handful of these people can afford to spend money or to lose a kidney.

Oh and mans are insecure too, it's just that they don't express it by asking friends if they are pretty, they manifest it by being over-judgemental about other girls, or at least one of the things which pop in my mind right now.

@gman777 Fish on!!! Idiot I said people are insecure so they buy an iPhone to make themselves feel important. Then I said I had 2. You coming at me after that is pointless. Lmao

you have to remember Instagram was invented for IPHONE at first so there will be a larger amount of users using the iPhones. its not that we are desperate for new trends or anything its just somethings catches the eye and makes us wonder so we click and check it it out.

How hard could it be to tap icons? I get it it's easy but how difficult and different is the iOS over others? I own android and iOS and I just can't see the difference in difficulty between them that's all :D
