Hello, I'm working on my stealth account and I'm a little confused about getting new IP addresses. I have att uverse and after reading around it seems my router won't let me change the MAC address so I have to resort to plan B. I have an iPhone 5 that I can enable tethering on, but my only question is if I get a new IP address every time I turn it on, will all my stealth accounts have different IPs? I was under the impression every time you log on to one of your stealth accounts, the IP's would have to match the ones you logged in to previously. Any insight would be great, thank you.

i can tell you how to get a new IP address for your computer
your phone gets an IP address from your data provider i believe and i dont think it can be changed but i can help you SET an IP for your machine and give you information on how to CHANGE it.
