Funny how people always risk their money thinking they'll just chargeback if anything happens. Scammers are smarter than Paypal and that's why the usually create 2 different accounts on different IP etc. Once they found a person who is willing to send them free money they will send out their paypal account and now they have free money on account A. To avoid any chargebacks they will later transfer the money from account A to account B. My 0.2 c
Yeah, but the thing is that his account is temporarly closed by PP. He needs to confirm it by ID and Address, my money is in his account. Not been cleared yet.
