iphone app traffic sniffer?

Hi,

does anyone here have a tool to sniff the http/https requests an iphone app is doing? I tried all those softwares online but none of them are good enough. I want to reverse engine an app out there but it feels impossible. Or maybe even better if somebody knows a way of getting the source code of an iphone app that would even be better?
