I think these bidders are cons ....The seller will end up with exorbitant final value fee and the bidder won't pay :D

Current bid = $100,000???? Wtf!!!!

i know that some of the hackers pays extra money in ebay to get the product fast and research on jailbreaking etc. But prices like $100,000 sounds too fishy...

Yes and I think there must be some trick behind this because if you have a look at the list of bidders you will see that there are several high-bidders with zero feedback, possibly just registered short time ago.

Not a scam, it clearly says "PRE-ORDER" in the title. So as soon as it's released, the ebay seller will go and buy one for regular price and sell it to these guys.

That is, if they DO send the money :/.

I do not say that the seller scams, but clearly the BIDDER does. Nobody is going to pay $100,000 when he can buy it from Apple for maybe $1000 or less.

Someone is going to Make Paypal happy !
Future Account limited spotted ;)

This just got picked up by some jokers who are playing around they will not pay.

Joker lists, joker bids, apple still earns millions for a freaking phone

But how does this work, if the final bidder does not pay, what can the seller do? Is there any way to get the money if he files a complaint with ebay for non-paying bidder?

He can file a complaint but it doesn't mean the bidder has to pay the money. At worst the bidder's 0 feedback account gets banned and that's it. I assume the product will only ship after payment so I don't understand the point of bidding it up so high if the bidder has no plan to pay.
