iPage user experience

So first of all, let me apologize for writing the title wrong; I was looking for feedback, but I forgot the question mark, so it looks like I am actually providing feedback.
Second, since I eventually decided to sign up, let me update you with my experience with iPage.com.
I got an amazing deal, as advertised on these forums, and the process of signing up was flawless.
You don't get the ubiquitous CPanel, but their control panel is not hard to figure out. I wish there were fewer upgrade/packages/extra features that get a little in the way, but maybe they are good for some.
Setting up the site went fine, except the nameservers weren't propagating very fast, at least that's what I thought before checking a tool, that was showing it as propagated. So I contacted support via live chat, and unlike in many other places where you have to wait for an operator for quite a bit, someone answered in a matter of seconds, def less than a minute. They solved my problem, which was index.php not being the default page to show up under my URL and that's it so far.
For now, my review is surely positive.

I tried iPage for a few days until I realized that my site was going down a few times a day for a few minutes at least.
They have amazing reviews and ratings throughout the internet, but IMHO I wouldn't be surprised if 100% of it is fake. It's extremely cheap web hosting, but you get what you pay for
Don't build a site of importance on iPage.
