Whatever I have hosted with these fellas is unaccessible. Their main page gives error screen from time to time.

Yeah, it comes back to life from time to time., but then dies again it seems. Their live support has a sticky about network problems.

If your basic hosting package is making you worried, then imagine how many clients /customers are leaving you in droves because of it? If you don't like, or more importantly, if you don't trust the service, then it's time to move on. Otherwise it's just wasted life and no gain.
