IP Warm-Up

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask, how to warm up my IPs (4 x 24)

• in the safest way?
  
• in the fastest way?

Currently I'm using PowerMTA + Interspire as front-end. How do we configure the IPs throttling/rotation properly?
