Is there a way to switch my IP each time I reopen my browser? Certain sites will only let me create one account per IP. spotflux doesnt work

You need proxies. Search around and you'll find tons.

Just but some shared or private proxies from the link in my signature, then use a browser add-on like Proxy SwitchySharp for Chrome to rotate proxies.

You can look up RDSL or remote DSL service. This thing usually comes with ip-changer
