Need program to spoof IP address and navigate to user-defined URL for approximately 1 minute.
Just looking for clicks from unique IPs from certain GEO locations with USA. Using Proxy server does not work because I need thousands of IPs per specific location.
I need program to be able to enter a range of IP addresses to be used and have the URL register through Google Analytics that IP address visited the URL. This is not for hacking DDoS or any other illegal activity. Only for simulated traffic generating.

1.1.1.1-2.2.2.2
the bot used all ip within that range
