Ip Score

I have a question, i have the following problem i'm using a verdict map in Germany there I have a bad score. My question is I dependent on an ISP pool, that is? The IP score is bad if all the people using this card make some spam, do I also get bad IP addresses or is it because of my proxies? That's up to my applications is that the IP is bad.

I hope someone can help me out and someone can read it too because my English isn't the best.

It depends from where you get you IP address. Public pools from ISPs can get a lot of bad rated IPs as some of users before where doing illegal or shady stuff.
Try using some reliable mobile proxy provider as most of them are giving same public IP to thousands of mobile devices at the same time using NAT. That way you get hidden among many other regular users and can't be banned or blocked as that would be block for all other users of same IP.
If you need recommendation for good mobile proxy try 3Gproxy, they are good as it can be.
