IP Rotator Allowed on VPS Windows???

Wondering if services like HMA or other IP rotators are allowed on VPS? My company is not allowing it, but is it like this with all VPS services?

Do you guys know of any WINDOWS VPS services that will allow IP rotators? Thanks in advance...

there is no such service, but i have idea rent a PC of your friend that connected to dynamic IP

I don't think many VPS companies will allow you to do that. You could try and run a squid proxy we have been successful in doing this but we only offer Linux hosting. Good luck in your search though.
