ip rental??

Anyone using iprental.com? and is it good for CL posting and stuff like that?
and by the way anyone got promotional/discount for that?

Almost all commercial proxy hosters are sooner than later (Soft)banned on Craigslist.

But dunno about those specific ones.

I went to iprental's website. Pay close attention to what they're saying: "IPRental gives you access to a vast pool of non-contiguous residential USA IP addresses"

You may use their service and things may go well but in my experience, this is where things could end up costing you time and money because services offering pools of proxies are usually junk since possibly hundreds of people are using the ip's. After so much frustration I discovered a new way... renting EXCLUSIVE proxies that nobody else uses BY FAR increases the success rate of CL postings. This is why I created my http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/proxies-sale/50203-exclusive-proxy-servers-exclusive-u-s-proxies.html#post483576- I was just so sick and tired of junk proxies and i knew I wasn't alone. As long as I wasn't posting 15 to 20 ads on one of the exclusive proxies, I was never softbanned on CL.

I used ip rental for a month. Had several problems from the start. Contacted them. They made an update and the program worked ok for a few different ips then slowed way down until it was basically useless to me. The program changes ips every 10-13 minutes or so and operates on IE. The problems could have been on my end I'm not sure. Was working on several different things at the time and just didn't need the aggravation of it all. I was using it to make comments on my you tube videos at the time. Used it a few times on CL's until it slowed to a stop.

Please reply to your buying customers. I ordered on the 26th of february, and I still haven't received anything.

I'm starting to think if your service is a joke or not. I know you guys are probably busy but please don't avoid your paying customers.

A few things about ip rental that I can share as a paying customer...

1) The biggest problem - the software cannot be used in conjunction with php scripts, bots, etc. The software was really intended to be used with IE. There is a Firefox add-on and that's about it. That makes using it for CL posting and what not very hard. According to the developers, there is an api on the way but no date has been given for that. They want to charge for the api though ... which I think is terrible.

2) When I first signed up the service was very poor. There were some major connectivity / bandwidth issues. Now it seems to be working VERY well. I think the capacity issue has been resolved.

3) When signing up you will notice the PayPal logo - so you think the billing is via PayPal - right? WRONG. It's their own billing and the administration area does not let you cancel or pause your subscription. So, if you want to cancel you have to e-mail them. I think this option will be added in the future.

4) Support is a 8/10 as far as answering questions and phone calls.

That basically sums it up. PM me if you have any other questions.

I am a frequent customer of iprental and you are completely WRONG about them not using paypal. When you are on their ordering page where it says "Payment method" you select paypal and that's it. And for the other fellow that said JP never returns emails I would be very surprised. I have emailed him about a few problems and he replied within a few hours. And I called his number and left a voicemail he replied within the hour to resolve the issue and he gave me a free 1 day pass!!! Not saying he/they did not do this to you but I would be very surprised they are very efficient in my experiences.

Now for a review of my own. A bit reluctant to give a good review because I don't want too many people to abuse their awesome service and get the ip's banned but there are so many I would doubt that would happen. I have had a great experience overall. approx 2 ips out of 100 are banned from CL. (2% NOT BAD AT ALL) Fairly quick change on the ip after you press "fresh ip" (About 15-25 seconds) which is not quite as fast as the video demo they show but fine for me. One thing I do have a complaint about is they will throttle your connection if you load a few pages to quickly. This causes a timeout of about 1 min in most cases. Very irritating if you happen to be using an auto poster. It seems to happen to me on the 4th page load and to complete a cl post it takes 5 page loads. I cannot slow down my auto poster so that does not work for me. So if they could change that I would give them a 11 out of 10. Cheers! Bluetoothspytools dot com

Yes, you are right about the PayPal thing. I missed that.... Still, no billing changes area available in the administration area

As far as the "throttling" thing - I think that may be due to connection issues. They were experiencing some load issues and they added a lot more capacity so that may take care of that...

LOL iprental you really think two users with 1 and 2 posts is going to trick a bunch of blackhatters? come on man

iprental is not good for posting on CL if you really want CL stability you just need to suck it up and purchase some PVA's. you will see about 50% no PVA reqirement rate with iprental in non PVA sections, and about 35% of those ads will be ghosted.

These assholes at CL have softblocks on just about everything now. There intention is to make the entire thing PVA required, why they just don't do it and get it over with is beyond me.

only thing that isnt really softblocked is air cards but they end up causing ghosting. seems like CL is getting more difficult buy the day.
