Quick Question, Do i need to use US IP to gain US followers?

Also, what Set up Would be good in IG? Personal account with fake name of girl, etc. OR like Brand account of niche for example, DailyFitness with descriptions, etc.

I don't think you would need a US ip to gain US followers. On my basic account I gain followers from all around the world. In regards to the setup it all depends on what your monetary intention are for the account.

1. Find accounts that have more than 10k followers and make sure it says in their BIO, "US", "america", or any US city.
2. Scrape all the user's followers'.
3. ????
4. Profit.

Using the method above has helped me gain 80% US followers.
