Ip / port - account / password

Hi guys,

I thought some of you have more knowledge about proxies than me, so that's why I am it asking it here

I need to bound my Youtube Accounts to Proxies, but my scraper only scrapes IP / PORT, nothing more.
But at the menu, it needs to has account / password as well, but i can't find it how to add that.
Might be an easy job for you, but not for me. I would really appreciate it if someone could solve this problem.

So how do I get this:

IP / PORT / ACCOUNT / PASSWORD
For bounding my Youtube Accounts to Proxies

IP/PORT -> public proxy gathered by SB
IP/PORT/USER/PASS -> private proxy,what you need to buy, about $1-2/each/month.
