Perhaps any one can explain to me why is that online IP locator tools show different results for an exact the same IP address...

many sites use old databases that are not always updated.

Try these geo location check sites:

Do maxmind and ip2locations always update their databases?

I suppose also its possible some companies buy other companies assets (IP blocks) and move to different hosting center
