I get traffic from all over the world to my website, and I'd like to get a good IP Location Checker.

Any recommendations?

maxmind.com many languages supported client and server side

I use this one: http://www.ip-address.org/lookup/ip-locator.php

and this one: https://www.countryipblocks.net/ if I need to know the whole range of IP-s (for banning purposes)

If you're using Wordpress, why not use statcounter plugin? It shows the IP of the visitor, its location and even the information about the ISP used.

I'm not using wordpress, but I'd like to find something that acts as a plugin on my site.

I'm trying to confirm the location of my customers.
If they say their from China, I want this IP check to show me where their IP is listed.
I'd like it to run in the background of my site.

You will have difficulties with this as Chinese IM-s tend to hide behind US proxies.

I could publish a range of IP-s of one very popular US company... if you see IP-s from here - in 95% it means they are hiding... need that?
