Hello,
I've been approved for some hosts and class c blocks. But I'd like to have someone help and provide real detailed reasons for ip blocks. Not just
IP Usage Max
Dedicated Server 150
Name Servers 50
SSL certificates 53

But a detailed description as to why I need many ip's. Like requested in III and IV of this form.

tell them you need it for server scripts or ssl certs

Hello,
thanks for the reply. Most providers want a detailed response. Just stating one service or another doesn't work all the time for large amounts of ip's

Exactly what confined said - tell them that you host loads of e-commerce sites and need an SSL certificate for each of them.

Tell them you have customers/students and you are offering them a free website with their own private ip address.

They should not really "question" your reasons. Their job is to just give you the form and have you fill it out.

not really, since IPv4 have totally depleted you should really expect all host to be totally anal about justification because ARIN and RIPE ask questions too. In next couple of years expect to pay $10 per ip
