IP informations niche

I have noticed that these kind of websites usually have high traffic from search engines(they rank for tons of very low volume keywords) but ahrefs and similar tools are estimating their traffic value rather low or very low compared to almost any other niche.
Do you think adsense value of such traffic could in reality be higher than ahrefs estimations?
