IP Geo-location Map?

Hey, does anyone know where I can find an ip geolocation map database? I want to be able to tell what city or state each ip address is from. I understand there are several, but I downloaded some free ones and it said I live in the US, but I live in Vancouver so it sucked. http://whatismyipaddress.com/ gets it right so I know it isn't too hard to find a good map. I want to be able to put something similar on my website (the map on http://whatismyipaddress.com/).

Do you know anything that can find/sort lists of ips/proxies by ip geo-location?
