IP Filters and Old Data

Hi,

I work on an eCommerce website and was fixing issues relating to duplicate tracking impacting the bounce and rata and performed a test transaction and the eCommerce revenue came through and was recorded in GA. Within a couple of minutes I reapplied an IP filter to exclude traffic for reporting purposes.

Since then the revenue from this transaction has disappeared, is it possible that it got removed due to the IP filter being implemented so soon afterwards?
