no it shouldn't raise any flags as long as the new ip you use is from the same country or preferably from the same state or city
Also make sure that you're using residential or 4g proxy and also would be best when you change your IP that you are not signing in but using your current already logged in browser profile

Oh, it's all good! Facebook won't flag your account just for switching up your IP address.
It's like traveling for work and needing a new IP in a different state or country.
